Working closely with cross‑market teams and key stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement in commercial decision making, maximise the impact of digital investments and scale proven growth initiatives.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the commercial partner with assigned BUs, driving accountability for online growth and commercial performance
  • Analyse trading performance across category mix, promotions, merchandising and stock availability to identify opportunities that improve sales, ATV, profitability and customer experience
  • Support monthly and quarterly trading and performance reviews, identifying growth opportunities, risks and profitability improvements
  • Translate data into prioritised actions that improve sales, profit and customer value
  • Connect O+O performance across online, app, loyalty and store channels to improve customer value and end‑to‑end experience
  • Drive the commercialisation of digital features with BUs, together with reviewing business cases and evaluating post‑launch adoption, commercial performance and ROI
  • Influence stakeholders to deliver agreed commercial actions and share successful trading approaches across the team
  • Track agreed actions and monitor delivery to ensure commercial opportunities translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience in e Commerce trading, digital commerce or online merchandising, with the ability to drive sales growth, optimise conversion, and deliver strong commercial results across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of e Commerce trading principles, including merchandising, promotions, pricing, customer journeys, stock availability, basket value and the key drivers of online profitability
  • A commercial mindset with experience analysing performance, profitability and trading KPIs to support business decisions
  • Good analytical capability with experience using analytics platforms such as GA4, Power BI or similar to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in optimising omnichannel (O+O) retail and how online, app, loyalty and store performance work together
  • Examples or understanding of business case development, supporting ROI measurement and post‑launch evaluation of digital initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, drive accountability and lead through insight
  • A proactive, results‑driven mindset with excellent communication, collaboration and adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement
