The Role
Reporting to Partnerships Manager, we are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience of data processing to support on the account servicing of our key sponsors. The role will be focused on the account support of our corporate events, co-ordination of fundraising rewards schemes and supporting others within the Partnerships Team on their accounts.
Corporate account support will include working with the corporate event lead (Senior Partnerships Manager) in the co-ordination of the project both internally and to the client. This includes: customer service response and management; co-ordination of the at-event corporate hospitality programme; liaising with suppliers; managing the project plan; inputting to budget trackers; and creation of call agendas & notes.
The role will also be responsible for the co-ordination of a dynamic fundraising rewards and merchandise scheme on one of our highest profile events. This will require close work with third party platforms to manage stock levels, track fulfilment progression and optimise user experience.
In addition to the above, the role will provide administrative support across the partnerships department working on a diverse range of accounts and projects. We work with a range of brands, charities and corporates, including adidas, PUMA, HOKA, Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s Society, JustGiving, Deliciously Ella, JLL and many others.
Key Responsibilities
- To build and maintain strong relationships with current and new partners (including brands, corporates and charities).
- To build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, including fundraising platforms and merchandise suppliers.
- Management of project plans and trackers
- Input into project budget trackers, and co-ordination of payments with our finance department
- Management of customer service inbox for corporate triathlons
- Overseeing corporate hospitality programme at corporate triathlons, which includes managing applications; co-ordinating fulfilment of advertising rights, logistics and branding; delivering event communications.
- Oversee account administration such as agenda setting and meeting minutes
- Work with others in partnerships team to support on account servicing & campaign delivery
- To collate commercially relevant information for reporting to key commercial partners that considers the ROI for the sponsor from a reach and media value perspective.
- To support new business team in providing insights across our events and wider industry.
- To help increase ancillary revenue streams across the business via existing partnerships.
- To attend weekend events as a representative of the A.S.O. UK commercial team and to carry out relevant duties within that event.

Skills and Experience Required
Critical:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience focused on logistics, customer service and/or project management, preferably within sport sector.
- Customer service based experience
- Highly competent Microsoft Office ability, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in logistics coordination
- Broad understanding of ESG & CSR focused initiatives through sport
- Experience in corporate hospitality
