Description: As an Apprentice Kitchen / Fitted Interior Installer, you will learn the skills and techniques required to install kitchen and bespoke fitted furniture to a high standard whilst working alongside our existing experienced fitting teams, gaining hands-on experience and achieving a level 2 Fitted Interiors qualification.
Main duties:
- Prepare locations for assembly and placement of furniture by removing and disposing of old units, appliances and décor.
- Transport installation equipment and materials to site.
- Set up, operate and maintain tools and equipment used to assemble and install furniture.
- Assemble components of fitted furniture.
- Complete installation of fitted furniture and décor accessories in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and information and client requirements, e.g. install kitchens, bedrooms or bespoke furniture.
Requirements:
- Keen to learn and develop.
- Prepared to complete onsite training - level 2 apprenticeship in fitted interiors installer.
- Organised and punctual.
- Enthusiastic.
- Willing to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- To ensure our clients always receive the very best installation service, we need fitters who are passionate and determined to deliver the highest standards.
- As you will be meeting our customers and working in their homes, great interpersonal skills are also essential.
