The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We have a huge demand for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants within Aylesbury and the surrounding areas who require full time Teaching Assistants to work within various primary year groups. Roles include both general classroom support as well as 1:1 positions.

Please note that a Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification isn't necessary however previous experience working with primary aged children within an education setting is compulsory!
The requirements:
- Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within an education setting as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse
- Be engaging and flexible as needed
- Able to deal with challenging behaviour
- Have a patient, creative approach
- Have experience working with SEND needs
- Available to work full time school hours
- Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
- All candidates will be subject to a full registration interview including safeguarding questions, reference and DBS checks (following KCSIE 2024)
