We have a huge demand for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants within the Buckingham area who require full time Teaching Assistants to work within various primary year groups. Roles include both general classroom support as well as 1:1 positions.

Please note that a Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification isn't necessary; however, previous experience working with primary aged children within an education setting is compulsory!

The requirements:

  • Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within an education setting as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse
  • Be engaging and flexible as needed
  • Able to deal with challenging behaviour
  • Have a patient, creative approach
  • Have experience working with SEND needs
  • Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
  • Undertake a full registration interview including DBS and reference checks
