Are you a skilled Patent Paralegal? An exciting In-house Patent Paralegal opportunity has become available on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be successful, you will need at least 18-months experience working within patent administration, handling patent prosecution, filings, formalities etc. This role is for a motivated candidate who can work on their own initiative to meet deadlines and provide high-quality support to Patent Attorneys. A CIPA qualification would be excellent. However, if you are qualified by experience, then this firm would love to review your CV.
Duties
- Preparing and filing patent forms.
- Maintaining the IP management system.
- Assisting Attorneys with administrative tasks.
- Liaising with Intellectual Property Offices.
- Handling payments to patent offices.
- Attending to assignments.
- Processing invoices.
