Based in Hertfordshire, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, full compliance, and excellent customer service. Every unit we build is hand‑made in our workshop to the highest standards.
We are expanding our workshop team and looking for motivated, practical individuals to help us build bespoke mobile catering units. Whether you are an experienced tradesperson or eager to learn hands‑on skills, we want to hear from you. You will work on the full construction and fit‑out of custom catering trailers from start to finish, using a wide range of skills and tools in a varied, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Woodwork and kitchen fitting – building countertops, cabinetry, and internal layouts
- Light metalwork – cutting, drilling, fixing, screwing, and riveting
- Installing plumbing, electrical, and gas systems
- Fitting internal components, equipment, and finishes
- Collaborating with in‑house welders to complete high‑quality, fully compliant trailer builds
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail throughout the build process
- Essential: Practical, hands‑on approach with confidence using tools; Good attention to detail; Reliable and punctual; Positive attitude and team player; Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Preferred: Experience in carpentry, kitchen fitting, plumbing, vehicle conversions, coachbuilding, or similar trades; Background in hands‑on construction or fitting work
- Desirable: Welding or first aid certifications; Experience working with bespoke or custom builds
- Competitive pay – starting rates based on age and experience
