A Top 10 Contractor is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join their team on a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract. The main objective of the role will be to deliver procurement and commercial administration duties for a large infrastructure project.

Key Duties Include:

  • Raising purchase orders for materials, plant and labour requirements.
  • Managing goods receipts notes for purchase orders.
  • Weekly cost tracking for contingent labour, materials and plant.
  • Raising subcontractor payments and providing payment and contractual notices.
  • Confirming payment approvals.
  • Ensuring all appendices are in place.
