A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Buyer or Assistant Buyer to join their team in the Bristol office. The main objective of the role is to help support on major rail frameworks across the South West.

You will:

  • Prepare and issue subcontract tenders and paperwork.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price, quality, and delivery times.
  • Process purchase requests from approved suppliers, making sure they meet budget and quality standards.
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and sharing follow-ups, particularly for contract review meetings with suppliers.
