The Role

Major flagship fit out construction project in Central London, valued at £100m. The project involves a combination of extension and fit out works.

Delivering a portfolio of complex building packages that have already been procured..

All packages are being delivered using JCT Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside project team to deliver the commercial requirements for a high value fit out project.
• Provide support to the SQS and MQS when required.
• Draft and award JCT contracts to subcontractors.
• Monitor variation management and payment of subcontract packages.
• Post contract commercial management, managing live project costs.

What We\’re Looking For

Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.

You will have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience delivering projects across any construction sector for a main contractor or subcontractor.

Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree desirable.
