We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join us at our Head Office in Measham, Swadlincote. This is to cover the period of Maternity Leave.

What Will Your Day Look Like? Responsibilities
- To provide support with the introduction of new systems to deliver HR initiatives.
- Day to day management of current HR systems, including but not limited to iTrent, ESS and Reach.
- Work to resolve any issues arising from an HR System.
- Management of SharePoint Online (HR Portal).
- Jointly managing with relevant supplier and business stakeholders for any required system upgrades inclusive of testing.
- Organise relevant HR departmental meetings inclusive of the Bloor Homes Induction.
- To continually develop HR software to ensure maximum ROI and the best customer experience.
- Assisting the HRD with the monthly payroll.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience working with HR information systems.
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with iTrent MHR (desirable).
- Project Management experience (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understand the need for confidentiality and importance of GDPR.
- Experience of running reports, extracting and analysing data.
