We are recruiting for a Production Manager to join our team at A Play, A Pie and A Pint. The Production Manager will work collaboratively with the PPP team across artistic, producing, design and technical departments to help realise the work of A Play, a Pie and a Pint, utilising a range of practical, hands‑on, and creative problem‑solving skills to help drive the company forwards.

This position comprises significant coordination, venue and company liaison responsibilities, and is a vital role in the company’s delivery of its shows. It also represents an opportunity to gain experience in line management (stage managers and carpenters).

This is a 2-year contract beginning Monday 3rd August 2026 with a 3-month probationary period and a possible extension, funding dependent. This is a full‑time salaried post with an annual salary of £34,000, paid monthly in arrears.

The Production Manager will work across two sites, our rehearsal studio and workshop at 162-166 Bath Street in the centre of Glasgow and at the venue Òran Mór, Top of Byres Road, G12 8QX. Normal working hours are 10am-6pm Monday‑Friday, with some weekend and out‑of‑hours working as required. The hours of work are full‑time, 5 days (35 hours) per week.
