Join us as a Supervisor, Operations at A.P. Moller – Maersk

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor, Operations to oversee warehouse activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping materials. This full-time role is based in Newquay, England, with a shift from Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning work activities based on inbound and outbound schedules
• Managing staffing needs and assigning duties
• Updating operational procedures and ensuring team understanding
• Tracking productivity and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and resolving grievances

Supervisory responsibilities: Directly supervising 20+ employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience in a related industry
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in computer applications; Spanish language skills are a plus
