We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a "Safety First" culture.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
