Location: Derby, Great Britain – support the East Midlands warehouse and depot. Presence on site Monday–Friday is required.

Responsibilities
  • Own people’s inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiries.
  • Work closely with the warehouse site manager to support benefits, policies & procedures, advising employees during workplace concerns and allegations, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment, and appropriately resolving misconduct.
  • Actively use Workday and ServiceNow to process employee information.
  • Guide and train employees and managers in new HR systems and service delivery models.
  • Support the delivery of the HR cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exits, etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of HR documents such as employee records, HR policies & procedures, compliance audits, and benefits & compensation.
  • Mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through diligent review and maintenance of documentation.
Qualifications
  • In‑depth knowledge of UK labour laws and a strong foundation in HR principles, practices and legal compliance.
  • Experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS is an asset.
