We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.
The successful candidates will be part of our two-year Graduate programme that will be based predominantly out of our brand-new site at East Midlands Gateway. There are 5 career pathways available within our Graduate Programme – you will be asked to select the one that interests you most when applying.
Our Pathways
- Customer Experience & Operations: In our Customer Experience & Operations pathway, you’ll develop key skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. You\’ll gain hands-on experience in optimising processes, improving service delivery, and working on projects that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales: In our Sales pathway, you will dive deep into the world of logistics and supply chain solutions, helping to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships.
- Customs Pathway: In our Customs pathway, you’ll become a key player in navigating the complexities of global trade. This journey will immerse you in customs compliance, regulatory frameworks, and international trade operations.
- Finance Pathway: In our Finance pathway, you’ll step into the strategic centre of Maersk’s global operations. This is more than working with numbers – it’s about using financial insight to drive decisions, add value, and shape the future.
- Graduate Airfreight Programme – Launch Your Career in Global Logistics Step into the fast-paced world of airfreight, where every shipment tells a story and every decision can move goods across continents in hours.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Right to work and live in the UK crucial. No Sponsorship is available.
- Recent graduate bachelor’s degree Minimum 2:2.
- Recently graduated in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management, Business & Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly Organised, strategic thinker.
- Resilient and comfortable with change
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English written and Oral is essential
- General Work Experience – Voluntary or Social engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps:
- The closing date for applications is the 31st October 2025.
- Once we have received your application, and if you meet our minimum criteria, you will be asked to complete a Video Interview, these are to be completed at the latest by the 15th November 2025.
- If successful at this point you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB), these will be taking place in the first week of December.
- The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team.
- Successful Graduates will be offered positions in January 2026
- Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026
