We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
