We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our team and provide top-notch administrative support to our growing operations. The Business Support Assistant role provides support and manages confidential work for our Senior Leadership Team. They provide proactive diary management to ensure the team are updated, organise & facilitate meetings & travel (including international travel). The role builds and maintains strong working relationships with all key stakeholders within the wider organisation and globally. This role will require weekly UK travel between our UK sites.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the complex schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently organised.
- Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips UK wide and internationally.
- Document Management: Maintain and organise important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience as a Business Co-ordinator or in a similar role is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Additionally: Full clean driving license due to weekly travel requirements across our UK Sites.
