Job Description Our client based in Sittingbourne & Maidstone are currently looking for X5 part time weekend Class 1 Drivers. \n The role will entail: \n - Refrigerated distribution across a variety of locations. \n - Delivering to RDC's and collections to and from farms. \n - The shifts are on average 10 to 12 hours long. \n - Some flexibility for start times as they may vairy. \n - Mainly a driving role with minimal handling of the load. \n \n A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: \n - Full Class 1 Driving licence (minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience). \n - Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card. \n - No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR). \n - Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving. \n - Good roadcraft/ Geographical knowledge. \n Shifts are available over a seven day period Sunday to Saturday with the following shifts bands: - \n Morning start times 01.00 - 11.00 hours \n Afternoon start times 12.00 - 18.00 hours. \n Night shift start times 19.00+ hours to midnight \n Our client offers long term work between Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. \n All candidates are required to pass our clients assessment prior to commencing which includes a written and practical driving test. (2-3-hour assessments are being held between Monday to Friday on days/ nights) \n Pay Rates: \n - Days - £17.12 p.h. Monday to Friday. \n - Nights - £18.25 p.h. Monday to Friday. \n - Saturday - Day £20.50 p.h./ Night £21.22 p.h. \n - Sunday + Bank Holiday - Day £24.21 p.h./ Nights £26.52 p.h. \n New Drivers to the industry with at least 1 year Class 1 experience are welcome to apply. \n Immediate starts available. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
