Class 1 Fresh produce drivers are required for our client based within Sittingbourne, Kent.

The role will entail:
β Refrigerated distribution across a variety of locations.
β Delivering to RDCs and collections to and from farms.
β The shifts are on average 12 hours long.
β Some flexibility for start times as they may vairy.
β Mainly a driving role with minimal handling of the load.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
β Full Class 1 Driving licence (minimum of 6 months Class 1 experience).
β Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card.
β No more than 6 points or have the following endorsement codes showing (DD or DR).
β Compliant to all rules and regulations within LGV driving.
β Good roadcraft/ Geographical knowledge.
Shifts available are over a 7 day period with varied shift start times as shown below offering full or part time hours.
Day start times 01.00 hours to 05.00 hours.
Afternoon start times 12.00 18.00 hours.
Night shift start times 19.00 hours to midnight Our client offers long term work all year around.
All candidates are required to pass our clients assessment prior to commencing which includes a written and practical driving test.
(3-hour assessments are being held between Monday to Friday on days/ nights) Pay Rates:

β Β£16.70 p.h.
(Monday to Friday).
β Nights
β Β£17.80 p.h.
(Monday to Friday).
β Saturday Day Β£20.00 p.h./ Night Β£20.70 p.h.
β Sunday Bank Holiday Day Β£23.62 p.h./ Nights Β£25.87 p.h.
