If you’re a Children Panel accredited Solicitor or Authorised Legal Executive who is passionate about making a difference in this specialist field of law and you love collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Advise and represent clients in meaningful care proceedings cases.
- Have the opportunity to run a varied case load instructed on behalf of children and parents, with the potential to develop a Local Authority case load for a candidate with an appetite to mix things up.
- Work in a fully supported environment, whilst leading and supporting paralegals and trainees.
- Keep things running smoothly—manage cases, draft documents, and ensure top-quality standards.
- Help us grow and innovate as part of a friendly, forward-thinking team.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ PQE in Care Proceedings.
- Children’s Panel Accreditation.
- Great communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- A full driving license and your own vehicle (preferable).
