This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Advisor located in Broxburn. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, managing inventory, and maintaining dealer management systems. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with the service and workshop teams to coordinate parts orders and deliveries.
