AM Phillip Trucktech is a family business that has been trading for 70 years and is Scotland's leading commercial vehicle specialists.
We currently have seven depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland, and also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises.
Responsibilities
- Deal with customers’ enquiries and requests in person, via phone and email.
- Order, book out parts, invoice and take payment.
- Check in parts deliveries as required.
- Manage parts stock.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Liaise with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
- Provide quotations.
- Deliver parts as required during holiday cover.
- Work Monday–Friday with rotational Saturday mornings.
Qualifications
- Previous parts department experience.
- Strong understanding of a mechanical/automotive environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- IT literacy.
- A current full driving licence.
