Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to join our team at the service desk of our busy vehicle workshop in Muiryfaulds, Forfar.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment. Good organisational skills and a willingness to take on a challenge are required.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquiries either in person or via the telephone
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and mobile service vans
• Explaining the repair process as required
• Obtaining order numbers from customers or lease companies when required
• Using 1link (previous experience preferred although not essential)
• Promoting additional products and services when required
• Call handling and dealing with general enquiries

Key Skills

• Previous experience as a Motor Trade service advisor or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Team player and great interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and committed individual.
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced working environment.
• Ability to work IT systems is a must.
• Valid driver’s licence is preferred.
