Position Overview

We are recruiting for a Trainee Service Receptionist at our Forfar Branch.

This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and technical teams, contributing to our mission of outstanding service in the commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional manner.
  • Support the service team by managing customer appointments and inquiries.
  • Handle customer enquiries either in person or via the telephone.
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and mobile service vans, including invoicing and videoing vehicles.
  • Explain the repair process as required and prepare job cards.
  • Obtain order numbers from customers or lease companies when required.
  • Manage cash handling and invoicing.
  • Work to Ford, Maxus, and Iveco standards.

Qualifications

  • NAT 5 in Maths & English.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, hardworking, and trustworthy.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Eligible to work in the UK. Sponsorship not available.
