The predicted salary is between 800 - 980 £ per month.

We currently have six depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.
We have a new and exciting opening for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join the Parts Team at our Dundee branch. We are looking for someone with willingness and drive to become fully trained and to progress within the Commercial Vehicle Parts Sector.
THE ROLE
- Work within a dedicated team providing original and aftermarket parts support to a customer base of commercial vehicle operators and other small businesses.
- Provide parts support to our own very busy workshop.
- Communicate with customers to determine their requirements.
- Identify parts, produce quotations and supply parts required for various jobs.
- Accurately process customer/workshop orders as well as orders received via other AM Phillip Trucktech branches.
- Assist colleagues where required with goods in, parcel despatch, serving on customer counters and warehouse duties.
- Take part in the completion of the department’s annual stock take.
KEY SKILLS
- Good communication skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- An ability and willingness to learn.
- Experience of commercial vehicles is preferable but not essential.
- IT literacy.
- Punctuality.
