We currently have six depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at the service desk of our busy vehicle workshop, Monday - Friday shifts with rotational Saturday mornings. Branch is closed on Sundays.
The Role- Dealing with customer enquiries either in person or via the telephone.
- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
- Selling additional products and services when required.
- Call handling and dealing with general enquiries.
We’re looking for someone with:
- NAT 5 Maths & English
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused, hardworking, and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
