We currently have seven depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the service desk of our new branch in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is a brand new site, with easy access to the AWPR and with on-site parking. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment. Good organisation skills and someone up for a challenge.
THE ROLEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a car or commercial vehicle workshop service desk and have a good understanding of the processes involved. Knowledge of our Data Management System CDK/Keyloop would also be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The role is mainly customer facing and involves:
- Handling customer enquiries either in person or via the telephone
- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans
- Explaining the repair process as required
- Obtaining order numbers from customers / lease companies when required
- 1link usage (previous experience preferred although not essential)
- Promoting additional products and services when required
- Call handling and dealing with general enquiries
- Previous experience as a Motor Trade service advisor or similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Team player and great interpersonal skills.
- A reliable and committed individual.
- Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work IT systems is a must.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred.
- 30 Days holiday per annum, plus an extra holiday on your birthday (after a year's service)
