Gammies Groundcare Forfar (Part of A. M. Phillip) is recruiting for a Groundcare Engineer/Mechanic (Mobile & Depot Based).
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Groundcare Engineer who likes a mixture of working out on-site performing essential repairs across Scotland as well as within our fully equipped workshop in Forfar, working with machines from key brands such as Husqvarna, Honda, STIHL, Polaris, Trimax, Amazone and more. This role consists of the repair, maintenance, assembly, and operation of various Groundcare, Agricultural, and horticultural equipment and vehicles, carried out both in our busy workshop in Forfar and on-site with a company van provided. No two days are the same. You will work on a huge variety of equipment and work closely with colleagues in our workshop, blacksmith, and parts department to ensure timely, efficient, and quality repair and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Previous Mechanical experience/knowledge required.
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong understanding of a mechanical environment
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Aftersales support is a major part of our commitment and we are always available post-sale to help with any queries and have an in-house fully equipped workshop for servicing and repair. Our reputation is built on quality, excellent service, friendly staff, good value, and a clear goal to support our customers.
