We're now looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive, to work in our Manchester HQ.

The Role...

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Ecommerce Executive to play a key role in delivering the ecommerce trading strategy for the Threadbare website.

Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Senior Ecommerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution of ecommerce trading activity.

You'll be responsible for delivering key trading initiatives across site merchandising, campaigns, content and onsite experience, while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce or Trading Executive who's ready to take the next step in their career and develop their commercial and trading expertise within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities...

Trading and Campaign execution:

  • Own the day-to-day execution of the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring product launches, promotional activity, merchandising and content updates are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage day-to-day site merchandising, including product ranking, onsite search, filtering, navigation and category optimisation.
  • Ensure website content, product information, merchandising, pricing and promotions are accurate, up to date and aligned with the trading plan.
  • Execute website campaigns and trading activity in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Buying and Brand teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onsite trading performance and proactively recommend actions to the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Monitor competitor and market activity, identifying relevant trends and opportunities.

Customer Experience:

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience through analysis of customer behaviour and website performance.
  • Support the planning, execution and analysis of onsite testing and optimisation activity.
  • Work with the Ecommerce Manager and relevant teams to support delivery of website improvements and development priorities.

Reporting:

  • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, AOV and revenue.
  • Analyse website and trading performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager with trading analysis, forecasting and commercial recommendations where required.

Essential Skills and Experience...

  • At least 3 years' experience in ecommerce, ideally within fashion or retail.
  • Experience working with Shopify or a similar ecommerce CMS.
  • Experience delivering ecommerce trading calendars, merchandising activity and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret ecommerce performance and turn data into actionable insight.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV and revenue.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing website content, products, pricing and promotions.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how ecommerce activity contributes to sales, conversion and customer experience.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with multiple teams.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and take ownership of tasks and projects.
