- Segmentation & Personalisation: Use customer data and behavioural insights to create targeted, personalised campaigns that deliver relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Automation & Customer Journeys: Manage and optimise automated CRM journeys, including welcome series, abandoned basket, post-purchase, win back, and loyalty communications.
- Performance & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, click-through rates, conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Club Threadbare Loyalty Programme: Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Club Threadbare, delivering engaging member communications that encourage participation, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ecommerce, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver CRM activity that aligns with trading priorities, seasonal campaigns, and the wider brand strategy.
