We're now looking for a Product Administrator to work alongside the E-commerce team in our Manchester HQ.
Role overview and responsibilities:
- Product Data Management
- Own and manage the full product set-up process for Threadbare including our partners.
- Input, clean, and validate product data across multiple spreadsheets, templates, and systems.
- Ensure accuracy across all product attributes including naming, pricing, materials and imagery.
- Maintain data consistency between internal systems and partner requirements.
- Follow and refine internal workflows to ensure timely and error-free product launches.
- Copywriting & Content QA
- Review and refine existing product copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Tailor product copy for partner tone of voice and customer expectations where needed.
Key experience required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field (ideally within the fashion industry is preferred).
- Strong understanding of SKU setup, barcoding, and product attribution within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools for product setup and reporting.
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or product data roles.
- Ability to review and write product copy that is clear, logical, and customer focused.
- Experience with PIM systems.
- Understanding of SEO principles related to product content.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., COO, HS codes, and product restrictions).
