We have a great opportunity for someone to come and join our busy Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career further with a fast-paced Marketing department.
Role overview and responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the day to day creative output including producing engaging creative design for homepage, email, social content, packaging, OOH and presentations.
- Working closely with creative lead to concept & deliver campaign content across all digital touchpoints.
- Being the brand guardian ensuring everyone within the business is accurately representing the brand.
- Taking the lead in ensuring all brand content is aligned with our brand values
- Devise and deliver original and exciting visual concepts
- Collaborating with other creatives in design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding inc. developing brand bible
- Keep internal stakeholders updated regarding project progress and applying feedback
- Ensuring that each project remains within scope and time
- Keep up to date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools
- Present final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text and layout, to internal stakeholders for their approval
Key experience required:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of technical graphic design skills as well as strategic creative thinking.
- Experience in the fashion industry would be desirable but not essential
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to adapt, including shaping ideas to meet an internal stakeholder vision.
- Solid knowledge of design software, such as Illustrator and InDesign, and photo-editing packages, such as Photoshop and Figma.
- Excellent teamworking skills to effectively build and maintain relationships and collaborate with other creatives.
- An understanding of the application of design across various digital and social platforms
- A friendly and approachable people person
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure and to changing priorities
