As a Digital Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, reporting and optimising paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest and other platforms. You will also be responsible for our performance marketing efforts working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing. You will work closely with our ecommerce marketing and creative teams, providing insights and strategies to enhance our overall digital presence.

Experience: 5+ years of recent experience in hands-on managing performance marketing campaigns, with expertise in platforms such as META, Google and TikTok.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas and present insights to the team.

Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in planning, campaign setup, pacing, optimisations, A/B testing, and data analysis.

A self-starter with a passion for digital advertising, a desire to take on additional responsibilities, and the ambition to grow within the company.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various tools and platforms for paid social, reporting, and data analysis.

Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the team (and external agencies) to create strategic plans that align with business goals and objectives.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise for the best results. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and areas of improvement.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and meet performance targets.

Attribution Analysis: Conduct analyses to contribute to attribution methodologies and broader business e-commerce metric analysis.

Manage ad platform pixel implementation, regularly check conversion API integrations, and optimise our product feed for dynamic ad formats.

Data Management: Build and update first-party data lists for effective targeting and manage the integration between our customer data platform and ad and search platforms.

Creative Strategy: Develop creative strategies based on performance-driven decisions, ensuring our campaigns are engaging and effective.

Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with our Meta and Google team representatives, liaise with the Brand Manager to ensure a coherent communication strategy, and collaborate with other internal teams, including eCommerce marketing art, and trade, to align campaigns with broader business goals.

Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to enhance overall paid social and search performance.

Innovation & Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social and search advertising and digital marketing.
