We're now looking for a
Marketplace Executive , to work in our Manchester HQ to support the accurate set-up, enrichment and management of product data, content and imagery across our marketplace channels.
This is a detail-driven role at the heart of a growing team, based at our Manchester HQ.
You will help ensure products are launched accurately, on time and in line with partner requirements.
The role...
The Marketplace Executive will support the product set-up process across Threadbare’s marketplace channels, ensuring product data, imagery and listing information are accurate, complete and ready for launch.
You will work closely with the Marketplaces, Merchandising, Buying, Design and Operations teams to prepare product upload files, check listing accuracy, manage imagery requirements and resolve any data or content issues that could delay products going live.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with product data, has a good eye for detail, and is keen to develop their organisational and planning skills.
Key responsibilities...
- Input, clean and validate product data across multiple spreadsheets, templates and systems.
- Ensure accuracy across product attributes including naming, pricing, materials and imagery.
- Follow established workflows to support timely and accurate product launches.
- Set up products in PIM system using internal data, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Use AI tools to generate and review product titles, descriptions and attributes for use across marketplaces.
- Maintain trackers for product imagery and data to ensure items are submitted on time.
- Collate, rename and categorise product imagery for upload to PIM and marketplace platforms.
- Check products are live across marketplace partners and highlight any issues to the Marketplace team.
What we're looking for (essential)…
- 1 to 2 years' experience in marketplace, ecommerce, product data, merchandising administration or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets, upload templates and data checks.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with different teams across the business.
- Able to identify data issues and work with the wider team to investigate and resolve them.
What we're looking for (desirable)…
- Experience using PIM, DAM, marketplace portals or product content management systems.
- Exposure to marketplace or ecommerce platforms.
- Experience using platforms such as Rithum or Mirakl.
- Exposure to marketplace product feeds and partner templates.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles relating to product content.
- Experience within fashion, apparel or consumer products.
