We are looking for a full time Buying Admin Assistant to work in our Manchester Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the critical path, updating daily and with each supplier/factory weekly, updating buyers and senior design, QC in weekly meetings
  • Manage all submissions filing, sample, and showroom management
  • Co-ordinate all ladies post and distributing to correct teams
  • Raise new POs
  • Support the buying team with communication to suppliers regarding approvals, deliveries and sampling
  • Support in meeting prep by hanging, steaming, printing, prompting designers with CAD amendments
  • Conduct site walks to spot any issues on our platforms
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce team to ensure enrichment is complete
  • Liaise with design to ensure all overviews are accurate

About you:

  • Fashion/Retail Industry Experience (minimum 1 year), ideally in a Buying Admin Assistant, Production Assistant, or Product Development role.
  • Familiarity with critical path management in a fashion retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting prep, filing, organising samples, and documentation.
