Sales Executive - Part time
Salary (FTE): £28K - pro rata part time salary: £18,918.92, plus commission / uncapped OTE.

Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach: make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, identifying and creating new business opportunities.
- Generate leads for the sales team to then qualify.
- Engage decision-makers: navigate gatekeepers to connect with key stakeholders.
- Sales ownership: take full ownership of your sales process.
- Lead nurturing: track call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and build strong relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
- CRM management: keep customer records up to date with accurate data entry.
- Target achievement: consistently meet and exceed set sales targets and performance KPIs to maximise OTE.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B cold calling experience (or B2C outbound).
- Sales-driven: goal-oriented with a strong track record of sales success.
- CRM proficiency for managing leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
