Personal Assistant/ Senior Administrator

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: Up to Β£40000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Dynamite Recruitment are currently recruiting for a PersonalAssistant/ PA to join a busy and professional team based in Portsmouth

This is a varied role where you will provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the business while also assisting the wider team with a range of day-to-day administrative duties.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior staff members and helping to keep the wider team organised and running efficiently.

Duties may include:

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to senior members of the business
  • Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant documentation
  • Managing emails, correspondence and communications
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records, documents and databases
  • Assisting with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator , office manager or simialr
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Experience supporting senior-level staff
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
