One day you’ll be coordinating a major tender submission, the next you’ll be creating marketing content, updating the website or supporting social media campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

  • Writing and coordinating high-quality bid and tender submissions
  • Managing multiple live tenders and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Working closely with estimating, operational and commercial teams
  • Maintaining bid libraries, case studies and tender documentation
  • Supporting marketing activity including website updates, newsletters and social media
  • Producing professional branded documents and presentations
  • Helping develop compelling content that showcases the business

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in bid writing, bid coordination, proposals or marketing, with excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

You’ll also be someone who

  • Enjoys writing and producing high-quality documents
  • Can manage several deadlines at once
  • Is highly organised and proactive
  • Communicates confidently with colleagues across the business
  • Has good Microsoft Office skills

Bonus points if you have experience with

  • Construction, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management or Housing
  • CMS platforms such as Drupal
  • Adobe In Design or Illustrator
