Up to Β£38,000 + quarterly bonus
We're working with a well-established financial Planning business in Godalming who are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their friendly, hardworking team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services, wealth management or financial planning administration who enjoys client contact and providing a high level of service.
You'll provide dedicated administrative and client servicing support, working closely with senior advisers and the wider administration team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing new business and client review packs
- Preparing protection quotes
- Managing Letters of Authority and provider requests
- Producing year-end tax packs and Annual Service Reviews
- Recording and progressing new business
- Managing follow-up tasks and queries through iO
- Following up outstanding fees and commission
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
- Dealing with client enquiries and general administration
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in financial services administration, ideally within financial planning, wealth management or an IFA environment. You'll be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiar with FCA-regulated environments and confidential client data
- A strong communicator and team player
Intelliflo iO experience is highly desirable but not essential.
