This is a great opportunity for a Solar PV Electrician, with 1 years experience installing solar panels (Or more).
You’ll be joining a modern, growing renewables business with very impressive facilities in Fareham, who really look after their staff and create a fun environment where people thrive.
Working in the high end residential sector, they are not what people in the industry would call a \"House bashing\" company.

Local work takes up around 70% of what the company take on.
Occasional travel for jobs outside of this patch will therefore be expected, however no staying away across the business is, and work is kept as local as possible.
- 20 days annual leave, plus a company Christmas shutdown which is provided in addition to your annual leave allowance.
For example, last year the business closed from 21st December to 3rd January, with these days not deducted from employees 20 day allowance.

What the new Solar Electrician will be doing
- Complete solar PV electrical installations as part of an experienced installation team, typically completing around one installation per day, alongside a solar PV roofer in a pair.
- Carry out the electrical side of solar PV installations, including DC and AC connections, testing and commissioning.
- Install and connect solar panels, inverters, batteries and associated equipment to a high standard.
- Communicate professionally with customers while on site, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.
- Complete all required testing, paperwork and handover documentation accurately.
- Take pride in the quality of your work and help maintain the company’s high standards across every installation.
