Administrator
Location: Fareham
Salary: Β£29,174 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join an established organisation operating within the construction, maintenance and facilities management sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic administrator to join a busy team, supporting the coordination of property repairs and maintenance services.
The Role
- Accurately record and update information relating to new and ongoing repairs, appointments and jobs across internal systems.
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to emails and queries from clients, operatives, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Support the Service Manager with daily planning, allocating operatives and subcontractors based on skills, availability, location and appointment requirements.
- Coordinate materials and equipment ordering, ensuring the correct materials are available and used in line with specifications.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, assist with surveys and contribute to regular client reporting and performance updates.
- Identify and lift issues where required, ensuring effective communication between customers, operatives, subcontractors and management.
About You
- Previous administration experience within a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry/keyboard skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- An understanding of building maintenance trades would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of local geographical areas, routes and travel times.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
