The Opportunity:

We’re recruiting for an experienced Sales Progression Coordinator to join a leading Property organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property sales progression, shared ownership, conveyancing or new homes who enjoys managing the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion. Working closely with sales teams, solicitors, mortgage brokers and customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly, keeping all parties informed and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales progression of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties from reservation through to legal completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for solicitors and mortgage brokers throughout the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and proactive communication.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure completion forecasts remain accurate.
  • Monitor sales progression, identifying and resolving issues that could delay exchange or completion.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Capture customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving regional sales targets.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple property transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing, new homes or shared ownership.
  • A strong understanding of the mortgage and conveyancing process.
  • Knowledge of common barriers to exchange and completion, with the ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A customer-focused, proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
