Dynamite Recruitment is supporting a well established organisaton in their search for an experienced property Sales Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage the sales journey for a portfolio of high-quality new homes, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to legal completion.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the sale of a portfolio of new homes across Shared Ownership and Market Sale developments, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while delivering agreed sales targets.
As a Property Sales Executive
- Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion
- Conducting property viewings and guiding customers through their purchase journey
- Converting enquiries into successful sales
- Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders
- Processing applications and ensuring compliance with affordability assessments and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
- Providing expert advice throughout the buying journey
- Working closely with development teams to maintain accurate property information
- Attending development and project meetings
- Maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring compliance throughout the sales process
- Carrying out monthly inspections of vacant properties
- Supporting colleagues across the wider sales team when required
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about property and delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll have
- Experience within new build property sales or housing sales
- Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or affordable home ownership schemes
- Understanding of mortgages, conveyancing and the house buying process
- Experience managing new build developments
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience carrying out market research and competitor analysis
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between developments
