Role Description
We have multiple opportunities available including full time PAYE, freelance and part time work, available all year.
- We require Sound Engineers for event work mostly mixing bands.
- We need people who can mix a band and are preferably competent with Allen & Heath D-Live consoles and an ability to use Smaart.
Assistance and training can be given in areas you are less strong in but the basic knowlege must be there.
- Driving is essential, you must have held a UK license for at least 2 years to cover our fleet insurance needs.
The events are all over the UK and you will be required to pick up equipment and a van from the yard in Clydebank, and drive to your gig.
Applicants can be from anywhere commutable to Clydebank with your own transport.
- Good troubleshooting skills, client interface and the ability to get results are essential.
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role, including lifting and transporting audio equipment safely.
- We work to a high standard and expect the same from all staff. Training and assistance are ongoing and we will always assist in career progression in all members of staff.
- Wages are dependent on ability and skill set but we pay above industry norm, for the right people.
- This may suit engineers from the corporate or venue sector looking to move to a more gig focused job.
- Whilst they can be useful, a degree or qualification is not essential. The ability to be a self starter and real world experience is more pertinent.
