The Role
As a Home Helper / Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to clients in their own homes. Duties may include:
- Helping with everyday household tasks.
- Shopping and running errands.
- Preparing light meals and refreshments.
- Providing companionship and conversation.
- Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes.
- Helping clients with day-to-day activities.
- Providing a friendly, reassuring presence.
- Reporting any concerns to management.
- Treating every client with dignity, kindness and respect.
We provide a minimum of 1-hour visits, meaning you will have the time to provide proper support without feeling rushed.
