A Lings Group Limited are a multi-skilled domestic and commercial business offering trades as emergency contractors. We are seeking highly motivated and quality professionals to join our team as we scale and grow our business with multiple insurance companies, social housing clients, and the private sector.
We are offering a permanent position. Our ideal candidate MUST HAVE:
- A full UK driving license
- NVQ Level 2/3 or Level 2/3 Diploma in plumbing
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working alone
The individual should be flexible during busier periods and have a passion for the industry. The candidate should also work well in a team and have a can-do attitude. The location of work can vary as we cover areas inside the M25 (South).
Required From You:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing
- Clean Full UK Driving License (Maximum 3 Points will be allowed)
- Unvented G3 Qualification
- Desirable: Asbestos Awareness
- Hand Tools
- DBS Certificate
- 2 References from previous employment
Duties Involve But Are Not Limited To:
- Changing taps and tap cartridges (Bath, Basin, Kitchen and Outside)
- Repairing leaks on copper/plastic pipework and waste pipes
- Repairing and installing radiators
- Repairing and installing toilets
- Understanding Hot and Cold-water systems
- Working with & Understanding Unvented Hot Water Systems
- 1st & 2nd Fix installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems
- Power flushing
