The Regional Marketing Generalist will support regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and partner programming across the EMEA market. In this role, you will adapt global strategies to local markets, execute campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams.
Reports to: Head of Marketing, EMEA
Pay Classification: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global objectives and local business needs.
- Localize global marketing materials for cultural and business nuances across EMEA.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and roadshows to generate pipeline and strengthen partner relationships.
- Develop region‐specific assets such as case studies, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing programs and manage co‐branded campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and future improvements.
- Manage regional marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in field, campaign or partner marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and ABM strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment.
