Overview

The Head of Marketing, EMEA works independently and collaboratively to lead regional marketing strategy and execute high-impact programs aligned with A-LIGN’s global objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field marketing, account-based initiatives, and partner collaboration to support growth across the region. As the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will provide strategic leadership and influence across the global marketing organization, leveraging both internal and external resources to execute effectively. A-LIGN will depend on you to scale a high-growth region and deliver innovative, results-driven marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing for the region, ensuring all activities are strategically aligned with A-LIGN’s global corporate objectives, as well as owning, driving and optimizing the outcomes of those programs
  • Represent EMEA marketing priorities in global planning and decision-making forums, acting as the senior marketing leader for the region
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of regional marketing campaigns to assess pipeline impact and optimize future strategy
  • Collaborate with regional partners to co-create marketing programs, manage joint campaigns, and ensure alignment with channel strategy
  • Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget to maximize impact and return on investment for all activities
  • Lead the planning and execution of field marketing programs including trade shows, webinars, roadshows, and partner events to drive demand and brand awareness
  • Hire and manage regional agencies and internal contributors to support campaign execution and asset development, while leveraging dotted-line support from global service functions
  • Collaborate with sales and global marketing teams to design and implement account-based marketing programs targeting high-value accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
  • Adapt global campaigns and content to reflect the cultural, linguistic, and business nuances of EMEA markets
  • Champion innovation and scalability in marketing programs to support the region’s growth potential
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment between regional marketing and sales strategies

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields preferred

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience leading marketing in the EMEA region, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B tech
  • Proven success in field marketing and ABM program execution
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams, including dotted-line leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalent platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
