The work will involve a broad range of matters, focuses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment related issues ranging from:All aspects of HR matters and including resolving issues relating to employee relationsManaging litigation disputes (often complex or with reputational repercussions) advising on post termination restraints and confidentialityProviding transactional support and assisting with senior executive and team hires/exits.Corporate restructuring, including advising on negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions.Supporting international clients on establishing UK operations, managing employee relations, global restructurings and establishing global advice helplines.
